Graduation ceremony

The graduation ceremony, set for Tuesday, October 29th, at 6:30 PM at Axum Art Cafe in Philipsburg, Sint Maarten, will celebrate the completion of the cultural empowerment program, sponsored by R4CR and the National Fund for Cultural Participation. In addition to speeches and presentations from program participants, the evening will feature a special showcase performance by Sigma Defense. This event will highlight the artistic achievements of the graduates, with a focus on personal growth and creative expression, and conclude with refreshments and networking opportunities for attendees.
