AFKA is a four-day cultural festival centered on reshaping Caribbean Legacy through art, history and community engagement. It positions itself not just as an festival, but as a movement that invites all communities in Caribbean to connect.
15 Caribbean visual artists will focus on historical depth, dignity, and the influence of slavery and migration on our cultural identity.
AFKA is a also a cultural village. Enjoy a wide range of complimentary workshops and interactive experiences for both kids and adults, from mastering the graceful Punum dance and exploring traditional Batik fabric art to discovering the secrets of Ayurvedic haircare and much much more.
